  1. I am so angry at the service and the food that i received. My husband is in the va hospital in cleveland and after a long day with him i decided to grab something quick to eat. I ordered a double fish sandwich and fies. What i received were fries that were ice cold and a single cold hamburger. I paid almost 8 dollars for the trash food. The location was on superior rd. I received no receipt and was told all they had to drink were slushies. So much disapointment and an awful end to a very stressful day.

  2. I have not been in a Checkers for a long time.. I ordered 2 fish sandwiches (FRESH COOKED)
    which when I got them and got in the car and drove down the road (THEY WERE OLD FRIED
    GREASY FISH SANDWICHES) I went the other day and stopped by and ORDERED 2 FISH
    SANDWICHES FRESH COOKED…Got down the road again and they were terrible..Use to stop
    in Checkers now and then but the service really sucks .and NOW THE ROOTBEER DRINK WAS
    CHARGED $2.89 FOR CUP OF ICE AND ROOTBEER SYRUP WOW THAT TERRIBLE I cant
    believe the troubles places are having that you can chase the customers away..I got back to
    the office and told them what happen so they not sure about checkers now

    I went and placed a big dinner order and was shorted some tenders and the tomatoes on 4 of my big buffords. I don’t have my receipt but it was The w 117th in cleveland ohio. The page was to busy to call and I wasn’t waiting in that line again. It would be awesome if someone can contact me to figure out how this can be fixed.

  4. WELL, I TRIED TO GIVE MY OPINION, HOWEVER NOTHING WORKS ON YOUR SURVEY SITE.
    MY SLIP HAS #4354 (412)426-9128 ON IT. THE BURGER WAS OK, BUT NOTHING GREAT. GOOD TASTE ON THE MEAT AND MY DAUGHTER THOUGH SO ALSO. BUN WAS SOGGY AND THE EVERYTHING ON IT , WELL IT JUST WAS NOT THERE, ON THE BUN. SPENT A LONG TIME IN LINE FOR 2 BURGERS. THE PEOPLE WERE NICE AND POLITE. WOULD BUY AGAIN AT THIS SPOT BECAUSE IT WILL GET BETTER, HOPEFULLY.

  5. My Rally experience was probably a 1of 10 , I paid for my hamburgers and I stood in and waited but didn’t bring so back to car and I asked my nephew if check on our but it still was a long wait. No fry was offer no extra l apologies . Never will I return to rallys bad business!!!

  6. Last couple of years Checkers in Nashville has taken a serious nosedive as it relates to customer service, length of time to get food and attitude at drive up window. Does the company have anything like mystery shoppers or some other quality control measures that can be put into action. Service is at an all time low at most places except at Chick-filet. They take an interest in the customer and more importantly in the people they hire. Seriously considering not ever returning to Checkers. I like the food but the service is so appalling it just is not worth it. I have never had an unpleasant experience at Chick-Filet. May be a model worth imitating. Automated ordering needs to go away…far away.

    I went to the drive through and ordered on the speaker which did not take all the info for what I ordered .so when I got to the window I told them I wanted 2 deep sea doubles dress she said they did not come that way I told her I’ve done it before then she said I had to tell the machine I told her I tried and when I got to the window I told the guy I wanted them dress she said all she heard me only say no tartar mayo instead so I hear her asking while I’m on the phone I don’t hear a response from him and I didn’t wanna argue with her because she never even came to the window so I wanna know how she heard what I said when he himself keep asking and charging me the wrong amount when I told him I had a coupon .so I did not get the food I wanted my even if I had to pay for it.she was rude in a way that’s why I would argue…yall gotta get people with better customer service attitudes. Thank you I’ve never had a problem like this before I get fish sandwiches dress all the time and pay for the tomatoes etc.

  9. I’m in Jonesboro GA and each time I go to the checkers/ Rally’s near. Me I receive the receipt with very limited information on it and can not do a survey. Don’t bother asking why the information isn’t present on the receipt because the answer is “that’s the way it’s printed out” no fault of theirs ! However store #3896 if that’s correct should correct the problem.

    I filled out the survey for the free sandwich. I never received the coupon. I re-did the survey 3 times on 1/25/22 in Winter Haven, Florida. Store # 5790 and still no coupon. What should I do now to get my free sandwich?

  11. Took my time to take your survey, then it said you would email me a coupon. Never received the coupon. Seems like corporate can’t even get it right now a days. I have always liked checkers but I don’t think you will stay in business much longer clearly because the service is horrible everywhere with your company.

  12. Why have a point system if u really don’t want to give ur customers their points? Our receipts in Norfolk, VA purposely “no inks/blocks out” the info on the top right side of the receipt where it’s supposed to display the check #. They also don’t supply a survey code. The sites don’t have a way of scanning the app to receive points either. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

  13. Your location near my home doesn’t know how to use the rewards system. They have cost me the opportunity of earning rewards. Toledo, Ohio location located on Byrne and Airport.

  15. The rally’s on Warrensville Center Road in Cleveland is terrible! I waiting in the “fast food” drive thru for 30mins if not longer. Do not come here late at night. Please don’t blame this on staffing. I am currently in the line now, never did a survey. But I am at a point that somehow I want this to be heard. Maybe audit your own store and you will see this poor service.

  17. We have been fans of Rallys for years. But, it seems like in the last few months something has happened. We visit Spfld. Ohio location on N. Limestone St. and Upper Valley Pk. Also Piqua Oh. location on Ash St. Never a problem with anything for years. For some reason lately, all locations seem to be understaffed. We have waited for over a half hour on many visits, and on 7/26/19 we waited for 45 min. on our order of 2 regular burgers, 1 fry, and a coke. It is getting so bad I feel like it is a gamble to pull in line at the locations because if someone pulls in behind you, you are stuck and cant get out of line, no matter how long it takes. Hate to give up my rally burgers, but not worth waiting that long for. Concerned Customer! Hope you can correct soon.

    My husband stopped at your location of 118 N College Road, Piqua, Ohio on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at 8:03 pm. He ordered 3 small fries, 3 rally burgers and 2 small drinks. He came home, to Sidney, Ohio, with 6 sandwiches, 4 small fries, and 3 drinks. This order took 43 minutes to receive, the customers behind him were rude to blow their horns (made it hard for him to hear), and he received no receipt. It cost him over $9. The sandwiches were not made correctly as he does not want onion on them and I don’t care for pickles. Very poor service and the food was not the best this evening. Is it just your help or do you not care about this store?

  19. I, JUST TODAY, 6/26/2019 AT 1:30 PM, CHECK #20089.I USED ONE OF YOUR BOGO CUPONS FOR BIG BUFORDS, ONE OF MY FAVORITE SANDWICHES. I ALSO HAD ANOTHER CUPON FOR LARGE FRIES FOR A $1.00, FOR ANOTHER PERSON. I WAS TOLD THAT ONLY ONE CUPON COULD BE USED PER CAR. SO THE OTHER PERSON GOT OUT OF THE CAR AND WENT TO THE WALK UP, GOT HER LARGE FRIES AND A RALLY BURGER. SHE WAS CHARGED $2.99, A $1.00 AND $1.59 ADS UP TO $ 2.59, AS YOU KNOW. SHE WAS NOT GIVEN A RECEIEPT. I WAS GOING TO FILL OUT THE SURVEY, BUT THE RECEIEPT, LABLED A “REORDER”, DID NOT HAVE THE STORE NUMBER ON IT. THIS CHECK WAS NOT A REORDER! THE POINT OF YOUR CUPONS , I ASSUME, IS TO MAKE FRIENDS, AND NEW CUSTOMERS. THIS GROUP OF EMPLOYEES ARE NOT TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS AS YOU WOULD LIKE. DO “TO-GO” ORDERS GET CHARGED TAX IN OHIO? I’LL BET THESE EMPLOYEES ARE ALSO FINDING WAYS TO STEAL FROM RALLY’S. OR NEED RETRAINING. THEY SURE DID NOT MAKE A FRIEND TO RALLY’S TODAY AT THIS LOCATION. 801 Lila Avenue, Milford, OH 45150, MY FRIEND WILL NEVER GO TO A RALLY’S AGAIN!

      Same here past 2 times I have been to Rallys on brookpark and pearl they give me kitchen receipt Which has no store number.
